(NYSE: T), and the unit within AT&T that serves a wide range of federal agencies, today announced the U.S. Department of State awarded the Foreign Post Telephone Replacement Program task order to AT&T Technical Services Company, Inc. under its GSA Connections II IDIQ (indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity) contract, valued at up to $275 million over the next five years, to provide advanced and secure IP telephony systems to U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide.
