Bloomberg Gender Equality Index
AT&T was one of over 100 companies from ten sectors headquartered in 24 countries and regions named to the inaugural 2018 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI), and we were proud to again be recognized in 2023. The index measures gender equality across internal company statistics, employee policies, external community support and engagement, and gender-conscious product offerings.
CDP Climate Change
The CDP climate change program recognizes companies for leadership in corporate transparency and performance on climate change. AT&T has disclosed fiscal year climate change information to CDP since 2005 and has been named to the Leadership Tier since 2016. In 2023, AT&T scored an A for the 2nd consecutive year. In 2024, AT&T ranked #1 in the Telecom industry. Companies are rated on nine attributes. AT&T was ranked first in the Telecom industry for 8 of the 9 attributes including innovation, people management, use of corporate assets, social responsibility, quality of management, financial soundness, long-term investment value, quality of products/services.

AT&T has earned 5 Stars for the HACR 2023 Corporate Inclusion Index. This prestigious research initiative measures Hispanic inclusion in the HACR’s four pillars: employment, procurement, governance, and philanthropy. AT&T has been on the HACR Corporate Inclusion Index for 12 consecutive years.

The aim of the Yearbook is to distinguish individual companies, within their industries, that have demonstrated strengths in corporate sustainability. To be listed in the Yearbook, companies must score within the top 15% of their industry and must achieve a Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) Score within 30% of their industry’s top-performing company.
