What has changed as a result of the Utah Consumer Privacy Act?
The UCPA lets Utah residents view or delete information collected about them by businesses. It lets them limit the sale of their personal information and the use of their sensitive personal information.

What actions do I need to take?
It's your choice, you don't need to take any actions. Your access to our services is not changing as a result of the law, which is effective Dec. 31, 2023.
What if I’m not a Utah resident?
