Brand Keys ranked AT&T 1st for the fifth-straight year in its 2014 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index (CLEI) Wireless Phone Service category.

The study examines customers’ relationships in 64 categories and 555 brands, including wireless. The data paints a detailed picture of the category drivers that engage customers, engender loyalty and drive profits.

“The wireless industry is fiercely competitive, so carriers strive for customer loyalty,” said Robert Passikoff, Brand Keys Founder and President.  “AT&T has clearly won the battle. What’s more remarkable, AT&T took the top ranking for the fifth straight year, and by a wide margin. Customers we surveyed showed an intense loyalty to AT&T. The company has done a great job of listening to its customers and giving them service and quality that meets their expectations, even in the face of strong competition from other carriers.”
