Happy National Customer Service Week!

We’ve been listening to our customers and developing our business to provide you with the best ways to get the service you need when you need it.

One of the newest ways we’re creating happy customers is through our social care team. They take care of customer’s questions and concerns through Twitter, Facebook and other social media. And a lot of you want to talk to us that way. In the past  year, the AT&T Customer Care team helped more than 204,000 customers through social media.
