The word is spreading:  AT&T is one of the Best Workplaces for Diversity, says Fortune and global firm Great Place to Work™.

We’ve known it, but now, some of the most prestigious entities are recognizing us.

Take a look at this joint news release and hear from the captain of our diversity and inclusion efforts, Senior Vice President of HR & Chief Diversity Officer Cynt Marshall in this blog post.

Many other respected entities in diversity have recognized AT&T and its leaders recently. The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) gave AT&T a perfect score of 100% on its Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the 13th consecutive year.

Belinda Grant-Anderson, vice president of diversity and inclusion brings us up to date on all the honors in this blog post.

Our formula is straight forward. It takes visionary leadership, a robust pipeline of diverse talent and the creative and strategic programs like our 12 employee resource groups, among others, to back it.

Now, the best of the best are shining a light on our inspiring story.

It’s great to know that others are realizing that AT&T really is a place where “Every Voice Matters.”
