"We've created the Retail Innovator Awards this year because we want to honor those retail executives and thought leaders who think outside the box to develop and foster innovative concepts and strategies that help move the overall retail industry forward, particularly in today's world of ever-changing technology," said Debbie Hauss, editor-in-chief of Retail TouchPoints.
Under Hermond’s leadership, AT&T has shifted its retail strategy to mirror how customers interact through its various channels. By defining AT&T's “retail’s pure purpose,” Hermond and his team has created a new store environment that’s highly personal, engaging and integrated with the web.
