AT&T Celebrates Armed Forces at Annual Golf Tournament
Long-time employee and 24-year veteran Angela Wannamaker participated in a pin-flag replacement ceremony on Hole 17 during last week’s AT&T National.
Angela Wannamaker is a long-time AT&T employee, 24-year veteran, lieutenant colonel of the US Army Reserves, and a novice golfer. In this video she participated in a pin flag replacement ceremony on Hole 17 during AT&T National for the PGA.
Angela talks about how her experience with AT&T and the Army has come full circle. When she was deployed to Irag, AT&T’s CEO sent her a cell phone so that she could communicate with her family back home, and now she manages a team that coaches personnel supporting U.S. government customers.
Now Angela volunteers to help AT&T continue to support – and aggressively recruit – veterans. Hear her story in this PGA video.
