Each year AT&T employees show their generosity in many ways. Whether it’s making a donation or taking time to volunteer, our employees are amazing.
Together, AT&T employees donated over $38 million in 2017 to help their communities.

Making our Mark … all year round
Generosity from our employees happens all year round. This year employees provided support to communities in the face of multiple disasters.
“The natural disasters we’ve experienced this year have been unprecedented, and our AT&T colleagues have responded in kind,” said Charlene Lake, SVP – Corporate Social Responsibility & Chief Sustainability Officer. “Our employees’ contributions – through the Employee Pledge Campaign, volunteerism and their incredible disaster relief efforts – are at the heart of who we are as a company.”
The Employee Pledge Campaign is just one of many resources that AT&T provides to help employees give to the communities they live and work in. During the Campaign, eligible employees can make a pledge to a charity or cause they care about through an online portal.
And due to overwhelming generosity during Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, we created a permanent match program for the Employee Disaster Relief Fund (EDRF). The AT&T Foundation will match dollar-for-dollar all contributions made by employees to the EDRF.
Thanks, in large part, to employee donations to the EDRF, AT&T has granted over $2 million to employees impacted by the hurricanes and October California wildfires.
