U-verse Launches TV App for ESPN's Coverage of the 2014 FIFA World Cup
DALLAS, JUNE 10, 2014 — Bring the action from Brazil to your living room with the 2014 FIFA World CupTM TV app. AT&T* U-verse®’s new TV app, which features ESPN’s coverage of the tournament, is the latest in a series of interactive and engaging TV apps from U-verse that enhance the sports-watching experience.
The 2014 FIFA World CupTM TV app gives customers with U-verse High Speed Internet access to stats, schedules, athlete biographies, match scores and more right on their TV screen. Even when multiple games are on at the same time, U-verse customers won’t miss a minute with AT&T U-verse Multiview, which allows customers to watch up to four games at once. Customers can access ESPN’s coverage of the 2014 FIFA World CupTM with the TV app by pressing Go Interactive on their U-verse TV remote.
