Upgrading to a New Smartphone is Now 50% Faster

We’ve simplified the process to upgrade to your new smartphone on att.com and the myAT&T app. You can do it in only 3 screens: selecting your device, accessorizing and protecting, and checkout.

Ordering online is now the easiest and fastest way to get your new smartphone from AT&T*. More and more customers opt to upgrade online each year which is why we made it easier. Online is now the best way to get the smartphone you want. 

“Every year, more customers prefer self-service. We set out to give them as great an experience online as they get in stores,” said Rasesh Patel, senior executive vice president, Digital, Retail and Care, AT&T Entertainment Group. “If you already know which phone you want, this is an easy experience.”

Customers no longer have to wait anxiously on their doorstep for their next phone. You can buy online and pick up in stores, and in 16 markets same-day delivery is available. You can also get help setting up the phone from a service representative, just as you would in a store.

In addition to individual customers, small and large businesses can go to AT&T Premier for a better upgrade experience.  With a redesigned checkout experience and simplified tools it’s easier than ever for them to complete orders.

We recently won the J.D. Power award for Highest Satisfaction with the Purchase Experience among Full Service Wireless Providers , which measures online and in-store purchases.
