‘Monster Family’ Coming 2018

AT&T* is giving DIRECTV customers an exclusive look at “Top Cat Begins,” the third family film with Viva Entertainment. Previous titles include “Monkey King” with Jackie Chan, “Ozzy” starring Jeff Foxworthy and Frankie Quinones, and coming next year, “Monster Family” featuring Jason Isaacs and Emily Watson.

Since 2012, DIRECTV has been co-financing films for DIRECTV CINEMA, a premium pay-per-view service bringing exclusive access to select new releases before they hit theaters. Animated movies for kids were so well received this year that DIRECTV is committed to premiering a kids exclusive each quarter in 2018.

“Animated exclusives for kids like ‘Top Cat Begins’ and ‘Monster Family’ are a perfect fit for our premium pay-per-view service offered only to AT&T customers,” said Hanny Patel, vice president, AT&T Video Marketing. “We’re excited to extend the strategic alliance we have created with Viva Entertainment and to offer family films to customers and their kids a month before they hit theaters.”

“We are extremely proud of the relationship we have with the talented team at AT&T and are excited to continue to bring quality family content to AT&T customers throughout 2018,” commented Victor Elizalde, president of Viva Entertainment.
