To keep you connected to your friends, family and community during this difficult time, we’re automatically issuing credits and waiving additional charges in affected Santa Barbara and Ventura zip codes from Dec. 11 through Dec. 15.1 This will provide unlimited talk, text, and data to AT&T wireless and unlimited talk and text to AT&T PREPAID customers during these protected dates.

We provided similar offers to affected customers in Southern California from Dec. 7 or Dec. 8 through Dec. 12. This applied to AT&T wireless customers with billing addresses and AT&T PREPAID customers with phone numbers in parts of the following Los Angeles and Ventura area counties beginning Dec. 7 – La Canada, Flintridge, Oak View, Ojai, Santa Paula, Sylmar, Sunland, Tujunga and Ventura – and in parts of Fallbrook and San Diego counties beginning Dec. 8.2

If you’re in an affected area you may still receive data alert notifications during these protected dates, but don’t worry since billing will reflect the correct data charges.

Video and home internet customers in these areas can contact us at 1-800-288-2020 with questions about their service, questions about damaged equipment or to voluntarily pause their service to suspend charges.

AT&T video customers with an active account and a Wi-Fi or wireless connection can access their DIRECTV or U-verse TV content by downloading the respective mobile app on Google Play for Android Devices or on iTunes for iOS devices.

We encourage you to help support relief efforts in communities affected by disasters like wildfires. To donate, text REDCROSS to 90999 to give $10 to American Red Cross.3
