  • Total data usage from all conference finals round playoff games at these four arenas was 1915GB. 1915GB is equal to more than 5.4M social media posts with photos.
  • Total data usage from the first three rounds of playoff games combined at 10 different arenas is 6.1TB. 6.1TB is equal to more than 17.5M social media posts with photos.
  • The average data usage per game across the four venues during the conference finals round was 141GB.

Round 2

  • Total data usage from all second round playoff games at these six arenas was 1.6TB. 1.6TB is equal to more than 4.6M social media posts with photos.
  • Total data usage from the first two rounds of playoff games combined at 10 different arenas was 4.2TB. 4.2TB is equal to more than 12.2M social media posts with photos.
  • The average data usage per game across the six venues during the second round was 103GB.
    - Overall across all six arenas, data usage increased by 17% from the first round of the playoffs to the second round.
    - Compared to the average game in the month of March data usage increased 45% at these six venues during the second round.

Round 1

  • Total data usage from all first round playoff games was 2.6TB. 2.6TB is equal to more than 7.5M social media posts with photos.
  • The average data usage per game across the 10 venues during the first round was 88GB.
  • Overall across all 10 arenas, data usage increased by 31% during the first round of the playoffs compared to the average game in the month of March.
