Starting today, we’re introducing Unlimited Your WaySM for Business*, giving businesses the flexibility to mix and match the most suitable AT&T Business Unlimited phone plans for each member of their team, up to 10 lines per plan group.
All Business Unlimited phone plans already come with unlimited data, talk and text – plus access to the nation’s fastest 5G network1 and 5G+ service, 2 where each is available. But now, if some team members need mobile hotpot data, HD video capabilities, or network prioritization for critical data3, they can have it by picking a plan that has those features – even if other members of the team don’t need it.
With these mix-and-match options, businesses can help control costs by picking the right phone plans for each employee and providing the right services, all with the flexibility to adjust the plans as their needs change.
We’re also launching Caller ID for AT&T Business Unlimited Elite and Performance plan** lines as part of Unlimited Your Way for Business. AT&T Caller ID provides a listed caller name directly from the AT&T network if one doesn’t already exist in the phone contacts. No action is necessary to turn on the service.
This is another feature that AT&T provides to help secure calls, in addition to AT&T Call Protect’s automatic fraud blocking and suspected spam protection, which is available on lines for compatible smartphones.
