October is LGBT History Month.

At AT&T, we don’t limit fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting the LGBT community to one month. We do it every day.

We have a rich history of promoting diversity and barring discrimination.

In 1975, we became one of the first Fortune 500 companies to adopt a non-discrimination policy for employees based on sexual orientation.

We established LEAGUE at AT&T in 1987, the oldest employee resource group in the nation for Lesbian, Gay, Transgender, and Allies of employees at AT&T.

In 1998, we introduced domestic partner benefit programs for LGBT employees. And we were one of the first to do so.

Fast forward to 2006. We began offering our employees Transgender-inclusive health care benefits. We remain committed to being the employer, service provider and business associate of choice for the LGBT community.

This month, we welcome you to join our celebration.

To add to the celebration, Oct. 3-31, online customers using promo code ATT4LGBT when buying a Samsung Galaxy S7 device shall receive 30% off of a Samsung Charging Pad.* (Offer details)
