Response & Recovery

To help those in need in Central Illinois after the area was struck by a series of tornadoes, we have stationed a customer service team in Washington, Ill.  Customers in need of assistance with account issues, or damaged and missing devices can receive one-on-one assistance at the mobile customer service station located at 20 Cherry Tree Shopping Center, Washington, Ill., 61571.

Charging stations are also available for any victims or volunteers that need to recharge mobile devices to reach friends, family and loved ones. The charging stations will recharge any mobile device regardless of carrier and can be found at the following locations:

• Glad Tidings Assembly of God
• St. Paul Lutheran Church
• Country Health Nursing
• East Peoria Convention Center
