A few months ago, we kicked off a revolution to reignite the passion for small businesses across America. To support small businesses and help them pursue their dreams, we also launched a challenge with $100,000 in prizes. More than 1,000 businesses responded and told us what agility means to them, as a small business owner, as the sales team/IT/marketing department of their business.

This morning I had the honor of announcing the winners in Sperryville, Virginia on Facebook Live.

Grand Prize $50,000 – Heritage Hollow Farms, Sperryville, VA

Judge’s Choice $20,000 – Goodboy, Flint, MI

Runner-up $10,000 – Tashi, Klamath Falls, OR

Runner-up $10,000 – Phillip Ashley Chocolates, Memphis, TN

Runner-up $10,000 – Cosign, New York City, NY

Small business owners do it all. Take Heritage Hollow Farms as a prime example. They are beyond impressive. On a daily basis, they serve as the veterinarian, mechanic, meteorologist, plumber and more. Agility is that you don't get to choose between one thing and another - you need to be able to do both. Just like Heritage Hollow Farms who works the land 7 days a week and stays on top of operational needs.

I couldn’t be more proud of the work and impact that these small businesses are making on their communities and the country.
