AT&T Gets Customers’ Vote as WCA ‘Users’ Choice’ Award Winner
The people have spoken and named AT&T the 2017 Users’ Choice. The prestigious award was named this week at the World Communications Awards (WCA) organized by Total Telecom.
There was stiff competition for the award, but customers made their choice clear in an independent survey. More than 1,000 CTOs and CIOs from global enterprises decided the eventual outcome.
Nine companies were shortlisted from a pool of entries. AT&T gained the best marks in 4 categories:
- Change
- Selection
- Replication
- Cooperation
Vice President of AT&T Global Service Management Peter Daly said, “Delighted doesn’t do justice to how we feel to have picked up the Users’ Choice Award. An ethos of customer service runs throughout the entire organization. We pride ourselves on our trusted customer relationships. So, to be recognized for our efforts by the people who truly matter is a fantastic achievement for everyone who works at AT&T.”
