AT&T is dishing out the assists this week in Columbus, Ohio ahead of and during the highly anticipated matchup between the U.S. Men’s National Team and the Mexican Football Federation at Crew Stadium.

AT&T has offered soccer fans a number of ways to celebrate between Friday, Sept. 6 and Tuesday, Sept. 10. To kick things off, fans experienced what AT&T Speed Zone has to offer including original, interactive stations, a themed U.S. vs. Mexico photo booth, a live DJ and a number of soccer giveaways, located at U.S. Soccer’s headquarters in the Easton Town Center.

On Sunday, Sept. 8, former member of the U.S. Men’s National Team (USMNT) and Major League Soccer (MLS) defensemen, Alexi Lalas joined fans at Easton’s AT&T store and provided insights around the upcoming game. Fans also had a chance to take the pledge to not text and drive, score unique giveaways including match tickets, devices and other soccer-themed items.

Tomorrow, AT&T will take things into overtime as the AT&T Speed Zone dribbles its way to the U.S. Soccer Fan Fest in the Crew Stadium parking lot. There, fans can meet former Columbus Crew and USMNT star Frankie Hedjuk (between 6:15 and 7 p.m.) and submit original fan questions for a chance to be incorporated in his on-field, halftime Q&A program with former teammate and USMNT star Brian McBride. For those who cannot make it down to the pitch, the duo will also be taking questions via U.S. Soccer’s Facebook page (facebook.com/officialusscoccer) and Twitter handle (@ussoccer). The Speed Zone will be open 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
