Black Enterprise honored AT&T’s, Cynthia Marshall, as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America at the Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit this week. AT&T served as the presenting sponsor for the Summit.

“After 30 years of working in telecommunications, it is an honor to be able to inspire the next generation of women in leadership," says Marshall.

On March 16, 2015, Marshall will become Chief Diversity Officer at AT&T. Marshall currently serves as the senior vice president of human resources. In this role, she is responsible for developing and directing human resource programs for AT&T’s 240K employees.

AT&T women leaders joined other professionals at the summit to equip and encourage women to become industry leaders. AT&T also created a personal branding workshop called, Mobilizing YOU.

Marshall’s honor is featured in the February 2015 issue of Black Enterprise Magazine.
