In today’s social media world, it’s easy to get lost in the endless stream of conversation. But one prestigious organization has recognized AT&T for rising above the social media clutter and driving the diversity conversation. AT&T recently made the No. 3 spot on Racing Toward Diversity Magazine’s quarterly list of Top 25 public companies for Diversity & Inclusion, which recognizes companies for embracing diversity and appealing to diverse customer groups. Two of the key criteria the magazine used to choose its winners were active diversity-centered Twitter conversations with diversity thought leaders and participation; and active participation in social media outreach, including programs and initiatives locally, regionally, and globally. We’re proud of our inclusive culture that have earned us several honors and take special pride in knowing that our efforts to connect with our diverse customer base, both online and offline, is taking us to the next level.
