At AT&T, Every Voice Matters. That commitment to embracing diversity and welcoming ideas from all employees helps us innovate and drive our company forward.

Our 2015 Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) report  released June 1 shows how we bring that to life every day. Some accomplishments from 2015 highlighted in the report include:

  • People of color made up 43% and women 33% of our employee base.
  • Our employee resource groups had more than 105,000 memberships.
  • Our company spent $13.7 billion with diverse suppliers.
  • AT&T maintained 788 bilingual retail stores with either Hispanic or Asian focus.

AT&T’s recent No. 4 ranking on the DiversityInc Top 50 list is another affirmation. We were the top-ranked tech company, and ranked No. 1 among all companies for employee resource groups, recruitment and supplier diversity.

Congratulations to all AT&T employees who support and maintain our diverse and inclusive company culture.
