During CES last week, the world got a sneak peak at the latest technologies for consumers – from curved TVs to smart cars and toothbrushes.

It was clear that mobility will continue to be the key driver for how technology will reshape our lives -- at home, at work and at play.

That was evident before CES even began. Nearly 600 participants unleashed their creativity at our Developer Summit Hackathon, accepting the challenge to build new apps and technologies in under 48 hours. With more than 111 apps created, we saw some pretty incredible ideas. The winning teams – each taking home $25,000 – delivered innovative solutions for how mobile can democratize banking and keep children safe.  Check out the video here.

Additionally, during a FutureCast keynote panel at CES that I participated in with Qualcomm CEO Paul Jacobs and Ericsson CEO Hans Vestberg, we emphasized how advancements in mobile technology are changing industries.
