Our Supplier Diversity program seeks to make meaningful and measurable contributions to the economic growth of diverse companies and communities. Through our program, we aim to stimulate job growth, improve opportunities for technical training and be a catalyst to stimulate new diverse businesses.

AT&T has invested more than $187 billion with businesses and enterprises owned by minorities, women, service-disabled veterans, LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities in the last 52 years. We’re among the world’s leading companies in identifying and doing business with diverse suppliers.

AT&T has spent $3.1 billion with Black-owned suppliers, surpassing a $3 billion two-year commitment to drive diversity and inclusion across our business and communities where we live and work. We will maintain our focus in 2021 and beyond on an inclusive supply chain that recognizes the value Black-owned and other diverse suppliers bring to AT&T.

Our Supplier Diversity team is honored to receive several awards recognizing our commitment to working with diverse suppliers. In 2019, we were especially pleased to receive the first ‘CEO of the Year’ award from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
