Frequently Asked Questions

An acknowledgement will be sent indicating your company’s profile has been received in our Supplier portal.  Your profile should be completed in its entirety.  We will review your company's information and advise if there are any opportunities in your commodity area.  Registration within our portal does not imply a contract, or an intent to purchase goods or services.  If you have completed your registration and have not heard from anyone after three weeks, please email ATT Supplier Diversity

The time frame from completing registration to speaking to a Supplier Diversity Sourcing Manager varies due to the number of suppliers seeking opportunities.  From the initial acknowledgement of registration, suppliers can expect up to 3 weeks before initial contact from a Supplier Diversity Manager.
