AT&T Alliance Channel Gives Solution Providers Access to AT&T Collaborate
Launch of AT&T Collaborate Brings New Growth Opportunities to Solution Providers
The AT&T* Alliance Channel is adding AT&T Collaborate, a hosted voice and collaboration offer, to our product portfolio. This move brings new growth opportunities to our solution providers.
AT&T Collaborate gives businesses a full array of cloud-based voice features and collaboration tools. With the service, solution providers can help business customers control costs and simplify communications.
“We gave solution providers a sneak peek of AT&T Collaborate earlier this year, and they immediately recognized its value,” said Kevin Leonard, vice president, AT&T Alliance Channel. “It’s a smart, reliable service that will help solution providers open new doors for their customers in the contiguous U.S. Solution providers can also use AT&T Collaborate as a conversational bridge to sell other cloud-based services.”
Understanding a business’ specific needs, solution providers can create a customized solution for their customers. They can choose from several capabilities:
- AT&T Collaborate-Voice – With a mobile client for each user and Basic and Enhanced voice options to choose from, customers can run their businesses better with capabilities such as auto attendant and customizable music on hold. Businesses can also do more over the phone through easy access to more than 30 productivity-enhancing calling features.
- AT&T Collaborate-Unified Communications – With just the click of a button, employees can communicate in virtually any way they choose, using features like instant messaging, employee presence, desktop sharing for mobile devices, tablets and desktops, pulling live calls between devices, and audio, video and web conferencing.
- AT&T Collaborate-Contact Center – Get agent and supervisor contact center features as well as web client services, real-time reporting and call queuing to help customer support teams run smoothly and efficiently.
“There’s a unique, consultative relationship between solution providers and their business customers. With AT&T Collaborate, solution providers can better help businesses mobilize their operations, work faster, increase productivity and scale quickly. All of which strengthen their role as a trusted advisor,” Leonard said.
