AT&T Earns Top Honors from Wholesale Customers for Brand and Network Performance in Atlantic-ACM Survey
DALLAS, Oct. 7, 2014 – AT&T* earned two major awards at the ATLANTIC-ACM U.S. Metro Wholesale Service Provider Excellence Awards event yesterday. The event was held at the COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2014 Convention & Expo in Dallas.
In the ILEC group, wholesale customers gave AT&T top-ranking scores for Brand and Network Performance. This is the ninth consecutive year that AT&T has been recognized by wholesale customers as a top provider in the ATLANTIC-ACM Carrier Report Card series.
The awards are based on results of the annual ATLANTIC-ACM Metro Wholesale Report Card. It is an industry-wide study that gathers feedback directly from more than 400 wholesale customers, yielding more than 1,800 individual ratings of metro service providers.
