AT&T’s Solution Provider Program for AWS’ co-marketing initiative also available for providers

AT&T NetBond® for Cloud users gained enhanced connectivity to more than 100 additional cloud software and service providers hosted on the AWS platform as part of the new AWS Direct Connect (DX) Bundle.

“We are seeing more and more Business customers shifting to use SaaS applications in the cloud—in fact, IDC expects the worldwide SaaS market to reach $123B in 2020,” says AT&T SVP of Advanced Solutions, Mo Katibeh. “With NetBond for Cloud, users can bypass the public internet to connect to cloud solutions through a highly secure connection to a growing number of SaaS providers via AWS Direct Connect.”

“For many businesses, managing complex network deployments and security risks is a key priority when migrating information to the cloud,” says Terry Wise, VP, Channels and Alliances. “The capabilities we are working to provide with AT&T help address those issues by providing additional flexibility and control over an even greater number of AWS cloud services.”

“Brazos River Authority was very impressed with Software as a Service (SaaS) and decided to take advantage of the agility and cost effectiveness of the cloud, but we were concerned about providing our end users a consistent, predictable and highly secure connection,” said David Thompson, Chief Financial Officer, Brazos River Authority. “With NetBond for Cloud we can connect in minutes to the AWS Cloud and our enterprise resource management application, knowing that our network connection is private and delivers predictable performance when we need it, with the ability to scale on demand.”

Also starting today, AWS software and solution providers can join the AT&T NetBond for Cloud Solution Provider program. The program gives service providers a way to attract new customers by identifying AT&T NetBond for Cloud as a dynamic, flexible and highly secure connectivity option when used with AWS Direct Connect (DX) Bundles.
