Samsung and the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) strongly recommend that you power down and stop using your Galaxy Note7 device immediately. Click here for the CPSC’s full statement.

Because safety is our top priority, customers are strongly encouraged to exchange the Samsung Note7 for a new device. Return it with any Note7 accessories for an exchange as soon as possible to your local AT&T retail location.

Samsung and the CPSC have asked all retailers, including AT&T, to stop selling the device.  Customers with a Note7 may select a Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 active, Galaxy Note7 (when available) or any other smartphone, and may also return any Note7 accessories.

Customers who exchange their Note7 can keep their new device, or trade it in later for a new Note7, when available. For more information on the device exchange process, please visit for more information.
