AT&T Outscores Other Providers for the Second Time in a Row; Ranks 13 Points Higher Than Full-Service Industry Average

AT&T1* outscored other full-service wireless providers for the top ranking in the J.D. Power 2017 U.S. Wireless Customer Care Full-Service Performance StudySM Volume 1, released today.2

AT&T scored higher than the full-service industry average – by 13 points – and increased our overall score by 7 points over the 6-month period, according to the study.

The study took place from July to December 2016, with 8,135 U.S. wireless customers participating.
