If you didn’t enroll in device protection when you bought your smartphone, don’t fear. May 1 through June 30, AT&T is offering Open Enrollment. We are giving our customers a second chance to protect their device with AT&T device protection. You will be able to get a replacement as soon as the next day. In some locations, a tech will come to you to repair your screen. (Screen repair is available for select devices and locations.)

We can also get you up and running quickly with plans that offer:

  • Fast access to tech help to transfer content and device set-up.
  • On-going personal device support ─ get answers, tips on great apps and more.

Without the right coverage, device replacement can be expensive. So, protect yourself against unexpected loss, theft or damage. Enroll before June 30.
