There’s nothing like catching a football game at AT&T Stadium. The energy is indescribable. It’s something all fans should have the opportunity to experience.

My husband and I surprised his parents with tickets to the Dallas Cowboys game October 30. They hadn’t been to AT&T Stadium before, and we knew this was the perfect opportunity to see it in all its glory.

I worked with AT&T and Audi the week of the game. We checked out the stadium and put the all-new 2017 Audi Q7 – connected through the AT&T 4G LTE wireless network – to the test.

Not only are we huge football fans, but my husband and I both own Audis. We couldn’t wait to see what the Q7 had to offer.

We packed the car and headed to the stadium early to tailgate and take in the scene at AT&T Stadium’s courtyard. On the way there, my husband and in-laws checked out the Wi-Fi hotspot from the rear seat on a tablet.

Using the AT&T Trek HD and the DIRECTV app, they were able to watch other football games while catching up on pregame shows around the country.

Passengers enjoyed NFL Sunday Ticket inside the Audi Q7.

The Audi Q7 works seamlessly on the AT&T 4G LTE network, so we were able to use the connected GPS to find the best routes.

Before the game at AT&T Stadium, Betsy and her family attended a tailgate in the Audi Q7.

If you’ve never been to AT&T Stadium, you’re missing out. I’m amazed every single time I go – and I’ve been a lot. Our field passes let us watch the team practice before the game up close. It’s amazing how big the players are when you’re standing next to them.

We were all so anxious for the game to start. This was a big game! Not only did we have amazing seats, but it would determine keeping our first place spot in the NFC East.

In additon to the tailgate, Betsy and her family had field access to the game at AT&T Stadium.

After the game, it was time for the Audi Q7 test drive. My husband owns the Q5, and I own the A4. Since getting pregnant, I’ve been trying to get my husband to upgrade one of our cars to the Q7. It was the perfect chance to see if it fit our family.

Overall, the Audi Q7 had many connected features that went above and beyond any other car that I have seen. The 2017 Q7 virtual cockpit is one of my favorites.

I’m the type of person who constantly has my navigation up regardless if I know where I’m going or not. Most cars have the navigation only on the main screen. But the Audi Q7 extends the navigation to your main dashboard. So I was easily able glance down and take a look at the navigation.

While driving, the Audi Q7 projects your speed onto the windshield along with the speed limit to keep you on your toes. The Audi is constantly reading traffic signs no matter where you’re driving so you stay informed about your surroundings. It even alerted me when I was in a school zone or construction zone. Not only does this appear on the windshield, it also shows up on your dashboard.

One functionality I think all cars should have is active lane assist. The Audi Q7 can detect if you’re drifting out of your lane without the use of a turn signal and will guide you back in your lane.

This system works with active side assist to help you from running into other cars that might be in your blind spots. It was crazy to see this in action, and I believe it promotes safer driving.

The Audi Q7 also features a 360-degree camera that allows you to see what’s going on around your car.

When you are parking, the camera will alert you to show you how close you are to any objects in front of you or to the side. While reversing, the camera automatically turns on which allows you to see much more than any rear view camera can show you.

Not only do you see more, but the camera will also show you oncoming cars to help you avoid wrecks. I can’t live without my rearview camera in my car, but this 360-degree camera is out of this world. It’s definitely a game changer.

As you can see, the Audi Q7 and AT&T work seamlessly together. They are the perfect pair and from my experience are upping the game in the connected car industry.
