Employee groups members are the cultural lifeblood of our organization and when it comes to advancing diversity and inclusion, they are the vanguard, helping to shape our path forward. Across AT&T’s enterprise, there are 54 employee groups and networks – with more than 147,000 employees participating.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Ability

Ability provides understanding, awareness, and resolution of the challenges facing individuals with disabilities. We support the advancement of people with disabilities in the workplace and the community.

AT&T Veterans

AT&T Veterans supports veteran employees, reservists/ members of the national guard and veterans and active duty military and their families in the communities where we live and work.

FACES

The Filipino American Communications Employees of AT&T (FACES) promotes a multi-cultural perspective to enhance AT&T and support the needs of its workforce and customer base.

HACEMOS

The Hispanic/Latino Employee Association of AT&T (HACEMOS) ERG fosters an environment where people support each other to succeed professionally and personally through networking and volunteering activities.

ICAE

The Intertribal Council of AT&T Employees (ICAE) brings awareness and opportunities for cultural development, career advancement education, understanding and the well-being of all employees and specifically Native Americans.

InspirASIAN

InspirASIAN fosters development and leadership opportunities for its members and supports AT&T and our communities.

LEAGUE at AT&T

LEAGUE at AT&T represents the LGBTQ community and their allies; and champions diversity, professional development, and community involvement. Leveraging our identities to create a mutually beneficial relationship between AT&T and its customers.

OASiS

OASiS is the Organization for Asian Indians and provides a framework to help global members identify ways to better leverage their talent, connections and engagements within their organization and community to drive leadership and recognition opportunities.

oxyGEN

oxyGEN's purpose is to attract, develop, and retain current and future leaders at AT&T. We accomplish this by delivering innovative programs and fostering cross-generational dialogue.

Professionals 50 Forward

Professionals 50 Forward supports a multi-generation AT&T workforce. We sponsor programs and activities oriented to professional development, workforce reentry, and adaptation to technological and cultural change.

The NETwork

The NETwork, Black Integrated Communications Professionals [BCIP], promotes the African-American experience at AT&T and pursues inclusive opportunities to unite all who share our core values. We facilitate personal and professional growth and development for our members.

Women of AT&T

The Women of AT&T connects and inspires members to achieve their personal and professional goals and make their community a better place to live.

Advocates for Women in Tech

Advocates for Women in Tech encourages and facilitates the recruitment, development, advancement and retention of women in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

Asian Pacific Women's Organization (APWO)

Asian Pacific Women’s Organization encourages and facilitates the engagement, networking, education and sharing amongst AT&T women of Asia Pacific.

AT&T Europe, Middle East and Africa Women's Network (AEWN)

The AT&T Europe, Middle East and Africa Women’s Network is organized to connect and inspire members to achieve their personal and professional goals and to effect change in the community.

AT&T Innovations Network

The AT&T Innovations Network enables employees to produce improved TIP ideas and Patent Disclosures that positively impact AT&T’s future business.

AT&T Professional Engineers

AT&T’s Professional Engineers Network expands the number of professional engineers with AT&T while leveraging the organization to increase the level of technical knowhow and to develop STEM education.

AT&T Women of Business

AT&T Women of Business encourages and facilitates the development, collaboration and advancement for all employees.

AT&T Women of Finance

AT&T Women of Finance encourages and facilitates the recruitment, development, advancement and retention of men and women in Finance.

Business Professionals identifies, develops, educates and supports future talent to drive highly engaged and forward thinking international employees.

Parents@Work

Parents@Work brings together people who are experiencing similar challenges in balancing parenting and work at AT&T by providing encouragement and guidance.

Project Management Network

The Project Management Network expands the knowledge in project management by offering training for PMP certification and continuing education.

PULSE of India
PULSE of India brings AT&T employees from India's diverse cultural backgrounds to a common platform to develop leaders and build collaborative relationships.

TOGETHER

Most of World Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allies employees vision is to ensure the success of AT&T and to champion diversity, LGBT initiatives and to leverage relationships to develop employees.
