Suppliers support many parts of our business. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to offer the products and services our customers demand. To work with us, our suppliers must share our core values and operate ethically, with high integrity.

What to Expect

We expect our employees to just do the right thing. That goes for our suppliers, too.  In partnership, we regularly monitor the health of our relationship. We call this “managing the supplier lifecycle,” and we do it to protect AT&T and our customers.

As a supplier to AT&T, here's what you can expect.

 

Qualification & Due Diligence

We vet new suppliers prior to contracting for work to be performed and understand the details of how it will be done.  Higher risk activities performed by suppliers require a deeper due diligence assessment and security monitoring.

Risk Segmentation

Understanding the level of risk a supplier presents enables us to manage it more appropriately.

Contract Provisions

We hold our suppliers accountable to the provisions of our contracts.

Monitoring & Remediation

We monitor our suppliers and target our efforts based on the level of risk each supplier presents. We work with our suppliers to assess contract compliance and require corrective action plans for non-compliance.
