Laurie Bigler – Assistant Vice President Member Tech Staff, Access Analytics and Systems
Laurie Bigler leads the Access, Analytics and Systems organization focused on Access data collection, Video, Broadband & Mobility Customer Experience, Network Performance Analytics and Capacity Planning around some of AT&T’s priority initiatives, including 5G, Fixed Wireless, RAN virtualization and FirstNet.
Kathy Meier-Hellstern – Assistant Vice President of Inventive Science, Optimization, Reliability & Customer Analytics (ORCA)
Kathy Meier-Hellstern leads the Optimization, Reliability and Customer Analytics organization, focused on creating designs, planning tools and prototypes for optimizing AT&T’s network and services to meet customers’ performance and reliability needs.
John Murray – Assistant Vice President of Inventive Science, Intelligent Systems and Incubation
John Murray leads the Intelligent Systems and Incubation organization which uses software, platforms, data, analytics and AI and machine learning to deliver solutions that address AT&T’s needs. He is an expert in design and building advanced communications systems and is involved in key initiatives such as ONAP, Acumos, data management, and automation and communications systems.
Oliver Spatscheck – Assistant Vice President of Inventive Science, Cloud: Strategy, Architecture & Innovation
Oliver Spatscheck leads AT&T’s Cloud Strategy, Architecture and Innovation organization which is responsible for defining the cloud layer on which AT&T’s network and services operate, and is currently focused on AT&T's edge cloud architecture, technology and application.
Chris Volinsky – Assistant Vice President of Inventive Science, Data Science and AI Research
Chris Volinsky leads the Data Science and AI Research organization, a team of data scientists using big data to help solve some of AT&T’s toughest problems. Since joining AT&T in 1997, Chris brings particular expertise in large scale data analytics, statistics, recommender systems, social networks, and statistical computation.
Jen Yates – Assistant Vice President of Inventive Science, Networking & Service Quality Management Research
Jen Yates heads the Networking and Service Quality Management Research organization focused on inventing, prototyping and driving new technologies that enable new services, enhance reliability and address complex cross-layer issues across AT&T’s network.
