Network Update
September 22, 2020 11:55 a.m. CST
Overall our wireless network is operating normally in all areas impacted by Hurricane Sally. We are working to restore service for some wireline customers who may be experiencing service disruptions caused by extensive flooding, storm damage and commercial power outages. We have made significant progress in restoration efforts. In fact, our teams have been working around the clock and have restored nearly 94% of physical wireline locations. Our teams and FirstNet liaisons are in contact with federal, state and local officials on our deployment efforts to support public safety and the communities in the storm’s path.
