AT&T Waiving International Roaming Charges for Customers in Ukraine

Beginning February 26, 2022 through September 30, 2022, we are waiving international roaming charges to provide talk, text and data from Ukraine to anywhere in the world. This includes all AT&T Postpaid and Liberty Mobile customers.
Customers may still receive alerts during these dates, but accounts will reflect the credits and/or waived data, voice and text charges.
AT&T Offering U.S. Customers Unlimited Long Distance Calling to Ukraine

AT&T is supporting efforts to keep our customers connected to their loved ones during the recent events in Ukraine.
Beginning February 26, 2022 through September 30, 2022, we’re offering our consumer and business customers unlimited long distance calling from the U.S. to Ukraine*. This offer is valid for all consumer and business AT&T Postpaid & PREPAID wireless customers, and consumer VoIP and landline customers. Unlimited texts to this region are standard with Mobile Share and Unlimited Texting plans.

- Your donation will help IRC provide food, medical care and emergency supplies to refugee families in Ukraine. The IRC is also on the ground in Poland and preparing to support displaced families.

- Your donation will support UNICEF's ongoing efforts to scale up lifesaving programs for children, including trucking safe water to conflict-affected areas, prepositioning health and hygiene supplies and working with municipalities to ensure help for children and families in need. It will also provide psychosocial support, learning services and emergency cash assistance.

- Your donation will provide food, clothes, blankets, shelter and spiritual care to the affected families and individuals who have been displaced from their homes and are seeking refuge.
