Internet
Our 100% fiber network powered by AT&T Fiber delivers a gigabit internet connection1 to apartments and small businesses on the property. It can improve the experience when connecting to the cloud, video conferencing and more. Residents will have access to AT&T’s Wi-Fi with faster speeds, expanded coverage and support for all their devices.
The Statler has been outfitted with AT&T’s business Wi-Fi. This will give guests and staff wireless data connections. And on-site retailers and businesses can use advanced connectivity options like AT&T Business Fiber with internet speeds of up to 1000 Mbps.
Entertainment
The Statler features premium DIRECTV entertainment in the residences, hotel rooms and on-site restaurants. Residents can receive 4K Ultra HD service and can record their favorite shows in every room with a DVR receiver. Hotel guests can experience TV just like they do at home with the award-winning DIRECTV Residential Experience for Hotels. This provides Video on Demand and DVR capabilities at no extra cost. Guests of The Statler’s hotel, bars and restaurants can now also enjoy DIRECTV’s industry-leading sports entertainment, including NFL SUNDAY TICKET.

The original Dallas Statler Hilton, an iconic building of mid-twentieth century design located at 1914 Commerce Street in downtown Dallas, was heralded as the first and finest hotel of the modern era. Centurion American Development Group's refurbishment of the historic 19-story building gives a nod to the hotel's architecture, design and entertainment roots. The renovated landmark hotel is expected to significantly advance the resurgence of downtown Dallas as a cultural hub. Centurion American Development Group's master plan includes 159 hotel rooms on the lower five floors and 219 residences on the top 11 floors. The building includes meeting space, retail and office space, six food & beverage outlets, an incredible event space and a music venue.
