At AT&T we strive to create an environment of inclusion, where everyone is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, and we’re dedicated to reinforcing a culture of understanding, awareness, advancement and advocacy for people with disabilities.

Workforce

Employees who self-report as having a disability make up 4.9% of our U.S. workforce; 5.5% of managers; 4.4% of frontline employees.

In 2022, employees who self-reported as having a disability made up 5.6% of our new hires.

Our disability Employee Resource Group, Ability, has over to 3,000 members.

Community

At AT&T, we understand that accessibility is more than a word; it’s a commitment to connect people to the world around them.

Through the AT&T Advisory Panel on Access and Aging (AAPAA), we work to better understand what actions can be taken to improve inclusion for people with disabilities.

We also partner with various organizations that are advancing inclusion, including Disability: IN, National Organization on Disability, Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and the American Foundation for the Blind.
