      • Connectivity at Husky Stadium is roughly equivalent to 9 cell sites, enough to cover a city the size of Bellevue, WA
        • We have nearly 340-antenna spread throughout the stadium as part of the DAS itself
  • The mobile experience at Husky Stadium will continue to improve throughout the year
    • Our team of engineers is working hard to continue to improve the network experience. And we will be working on the system, tweaking it, enhancing it and monitoring the system as the season continues.
  • This connectivity is essential as we are seeing tremendous data growth across our network, especially at big events, like college football games.
    • In 2014, the peak hour of traffic on the in-stadium DAS at professional football’s big game rose to 119GB during the hour right before kick-off, from 5 to 6 p.m. EST.
      • This is 52 percent more than the amount of data that AT&T customers used during the peak hour in New Orleans in 2013
    • So far this season, we’ve seen an average of 190GB used per game by AT&T customers on our in-venue DAS network.
      • 190GB is equivalent to more than 543K social media posts with photos.
  • A “DAS” is a network of several small antennas designed to enhance wireless service within an area or building.
    • A DAS is able to provide enhanced wireless coverage to customers in spaces where geographical limitations or large crowds might prevent a good wireless experience.
