AT&T* has been awarded a three-year contract by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) to become its primary mobility provider.

We will provide a broad range of mobility devices and services to ED. This includes smart phones and tablets, voice and data services, mobile device management and full-time onsite support. We can help ED mobilize its work force and processes, operate more efficiently and reduce costs.

Using our wireless network, ED employees will benefit from the nation’s strongest 4G LTE signal and the most reliable 4G LTE. Our advanced, cloud-based management service is simple and easy to use. It lets ED view and manage all mobile devices from a central console. ED can input devices into their systems quickly, update their settings over-the-air, and secure them.

Our flexible, highly-secure mobility platform can improve workforce productivity, deliver cost efficiencies and help the Department of Education achieve their mission,” said Mike Leff, vice president-Civilian, AT&T Government Solutions.
