Solution Providers Up Their Game with AT&T Partner Exchange
Program’s Momentum is Helping Drive Solution Provider Gains
Since launching the AT&T* Partner Exchange® reseller program in early 2013, we have kept the momentum strong. This past year has been no exception. And at our 2nd annual AT&T Partner Exchange Summit, we highlighted 5 of the latest program offerings available to help our nearly 400 solution providers up their game even further.
Solution providers can now take advantage of the following:
- Mobility Employee Sponsorship Program – Extend a discount on wireless services to customers’ employees. This unlocks additional opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Marketing as a Service** – Connect to select third parties that provide turn-key marketing campaigns that can help cost effectively drive customer demand.
- Order Status Tool – View daily status updates on a customer’s order, increasing responsiveness with 24/7 system access for enabled products and services.
- Network Operations Center as a Service** – Collaborate with third parties that provide white-labeled services for network monitoring, tier-one support, ticket resolution and more to help better manage the customer experience.
- Enablement Playbook – Explore valuable resources offered in AT&T Partner Exchange. By design, this interactive guide helps maximize success and fuel the transformation to a recurring revenue model.
“Solution providers have embraced the dynamic, collaborative nature of our program,” said Brooks McCorcle, president, AT&T Partner Solutions. “By inviting them in to work with us, we implement the portfolio and program additions they need, when they need them.”
“AT&T Partner Exchange is the only true reseller program in the industry that gives us access to the strategic wireline and wireless solutions our customers demand. And its collaborative, responsive culture is unmatched,” said Max Silber, vice president of mobility, MetTel. “We requested a Mobility Employee Sponsorship Program to help meet our customers’ needs, and AT&T Partner Exchange quickly delivered, allowing us to win more deals and drive incremental revenue. The program also constantly enables us to move faster for our customers. Using the recently released Order Status Tool, we’ve already seen an increase in our productivity.”
“We’re helping solution providers transform, innovate and grow. We’ve seen more than 225% year-over-year growth in the number of wireline deals our solution providers have closed, and we believe we’re a leading model for what a true vendor/solution provider relationship should look like in the channel,” McCorcle said.
Momentum in mobility has also ramped. As of Sept. 2015, solution providers have driven a 200% increase in the number of mobility subscribers coming through AT&T Partner Exchange this year.
“Businesses want to be more productive on the go and capitalize on trends like wearable technology. AT&T Partner Exchange gives us access to the wireless connectivity and resources we need to help our customers efficiently mobilize their people, processes and things,” said Rob Chamberlin, co-founder and executive vice president, DataXoom. “AT&T Partner Exchange directly and positively impacted our customer satisfaction index. Using the program’s automated platforms and capabilities allows us to better deliver mobility solutions to our customers, which is a must-have competitive advantage in today’s marketplace.”
Solution providers want to be able to move fast, so they can help their customers stay ahead of the complex landscape. They turn to AT&T Partner Exchange for access to the instant capabilities they need to help accelerate commerce. In 2015 alone, there have been more than 12 million calls on our Application Programming Interface (API) platform. This significant usage confirms that speed and agility are exactly what solution providers look for to elevate the value they can provide.
We intentionally pair our suite of strategic wireline, wireless and cloud services with our ever-growing arsenal of innovative, self-serve technologies. Solution providers in AT&T Partner Exchange retain full control of the customer relationship – from acquisition to care. These 5 additions are just the latest features available to help our solution providers quickly and easily own the entire customer experience while maximizing the value they can deliver.
