DALLAS, Oct. 6, 2014 AT&T1 announced the Samsung Rugby® 4, the latest from Samsung’s series of rugged push-to-talk phones, will be available on Oct. 10 online at www.att.com and retail stores. Equally as affordable as it is durable, the device is available for $99.99 with a two-year agreement2 or $269.99 at no annual commitment.3

The Samsung Rugby 4 runs on 4G HSPA+ network and will support the AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk4 (AT&T EPTT) with Integrated Dispatch service, enabling business customers to communicate faster and to larger groups. Through Dec. 31, the Rugby 4 is also offered at $0.99 for eligible AT&T new activations and upgrades with a two-year commitment to an EPTT rate plan or bolt-on.5
