The Accessibility & Inclusion (A&I) Initiative offers just one example of how we live true and do what is right.

With a vision to make AT&T a more accessible workplace for all current and prospective employees, A&I creates space for our team members to support, educate and collaborate across the business to create a more inclusive work environment for people of all abilities.  Thanks in part to the efforts of those working on the A&I initiative, AT&T is establishing a workplace in which the 1 in 5 Americans who will have some form of disability over the course of their lifetime, are able to effectively contribute to the success of AT&T and have a fulfilling career.
