AT&T Launches New Small Business Unlimited Plan with Online-Only Signup

New resources to help small businesses overcome new challenges

As small businesses face historic economic challenges, connecting with customers, employees, and suppliers is crucial – and now, it’s even easier to do. AT&T* now offers a new unlimited data1, talk and text plan at a lower price point for customers that maintain at least one phone line.

Say hello to the AT&T Business Unlimited Web Only1 plan. It’s “web only” because small businesses can sign up for this plan exclusively online at att.com/smallbusiness. No need to get on the phone, no need to go to an AT&T location. Small businesses can get and update the connectivity they need simply by using their MyATT account management portal.

“The needs and expectations of small businesses are changing. Not only because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but because of an increasingly mobile and digital world,” said Mo Katibeh, Executive Vice President – Chief Product & Platform Officer, AT&T Business. “By creating the Business Unlimited Web Only plan, we’re delivering the types of plans our customers are asking for, with the online convenience they want.”

Small businesses can get support for up to six lines, starting at $60 per month for a single line for a smartphone on an installment plan or purchased at full price. It has the tools that the new, small and startup business communities need – including unlimited data, talk and texting, as well as automatic suspected spam and fraud alerts for compatible smartphones.

Because convenient, reliable, cost-effective connectivity is good business, this plan is intended to be an ongoing addition to our AT&T Business Unlimited plan portfolio – even after the economic environment normalizes.

1 AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds on the plan if the network is busy.  Other restr’s apply.  For full plan details, see att.com/bizunlimited.
