College students around the country sent video submissions to our first-ever Live Proud on Campus scholarship contest. And it’s time to pick our semi-finalists.

Students pitched project ideas promoting LGBT visibility, acceptance and equality on their college campus. It was tough, but we’ve narrowed down the pitches to 15 amazing semi-finalists. Now it’s your turn to help choose who will become one of the 6 finalists for our Live Proud Scholarship Contest.

From Sept. 27 – Oct. 11, you can vote once a day for your favorite pitches at att.com/liveproud. From the 6 finalists, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) will pick 3 grand prize winners. HRC will announce the grand prize winners on LGBT Spirit Day Oct. 19.

What’s the criteria? Live Proud on Campus projects must support the LGBT community and focus on LGBT equality, visibility or acceptance. The 3 grand prize winners will each receive a $10,000 scholarship and a trip to Washington D.C. to attend the HRC National Dinner in October. They’ll also win $2,500 to fund their on-campus project.

Grand prize winners will also take part in a semester-long mentorship with HRC leadership. Mentors will help them plan their on-campus project during the spring 2018 semester.

So what are you waiting for? Go to att.com/liveproud to check out the pitches from our semi-finalists and vote for your favorite today. And tomorrow. And the next day – until Oct. 11.
