Great Place To Work honored AT&T as one of the 2019 Best Multinational Workplaces in Latin America. AT&T Latin America and subsidiary companies AT&T Mexico and Vrio, the holding company for DIRECTV in Latin America and SKY in Brazil, took the No. 20 spot on the list.  This is the second year AT&T Latin America has ranked in the top 20.

Great Place To Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. Elements included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning, among others.

“Creating a great place to work is a top priority at AT&T,” said Lori Lee, CEO-AT&T Latin America. “I’m proud of the work our Latin America team has done to create an engaging and inclusive work environment where every employee can do their best work.”

According to Great Place To Work®, the AT&T Latin America companies in Mexico, South America and the Caribbean show strength in:

  • Promoting work-life balance.
  • Treating all employees fairly, regardless of sexual orientation and gender.
  • Cultivating a sense of pride and being treated as a full member of the organization.
