As a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Ask to view or delete information we have that’s linked to you.
  • Ask to port (export) your information. In this case, we provide you with the same Access Report as when you ask to view your information.
  • Ask to correct inaccurate information.
  • Limit the sale of your personal information and use of your information for profiling or targeted advertising. If you want to see your current permissions, you can view them at att.com/PrivacyChoices.
  • Control the use and sharing of sensitive personal information for certain purposes. If you want to see your current permissions, you can view them at att.com/PrivacyChoices.
  • View our CCPA data request metrics for the prior calendar year.

You may make a request by visiting our Choices and Controls page or by calling us at 866-385-3193.

And if we deny your request, you have the option to appeal our decision.​
